About The Department
The Department of Political Science offers BA and MA courses. Apart from these, the Department also offers interdisciplinary, skill-based as well as value added courses across various departments. The Department consists of young and enthusiastic teachers committed to creating a democratic academic culture. Presently, the Department comprises three faculty members having rich teaching experience as well as a wide range of research interests and academic specializations. Apart from the core courses, the Department offers a wide choice of discipline specific elective courses.
The Department has been very active in organizing seminars and symposia on issues of diverse interests. The participation of the faculty and the students on a regular basis in debates and discussions makes the Department dynamic and vibrant.
